Application Developer

typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing
innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability.
You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality applications
that meet user expectations and business goals.

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools and task runners.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Multiplatform Front End Development Angular.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

Is the "75% of resumes are auto-rejected" stat real?

No. It traces back to a 2012 vendor sales pitch. In a 2025 recruiter study, about 92% said they do not auto-reject based on resume content. What actually happens is quieter: formatting breaks the parser, and keyword-misaligned resumes get sorted below the ones that match. That's what we fix.

What do I get as a Founding member?

Your Founding number, badge, and credit pack are assigned at purchase. Founding Member and Founding Lifetime tiers are hard-capped — once a tier sells out, it stays closed.

Is anything free?

Yes, permanently. A plain-pdf export (without AI rewrites) is always free and always will be. The paid credits are for AI-polished, formatted exports.

Do the credits expire?

No. Supporter, Founding Member, and Founding Lifetime credits all never expire.

Why credits instead of "unlimited"?

Because "unlimited" is how lifetime deals kill the companies that sell them. Every AI export costs us real money, so an uncapped promise is one we could not keep. Capped credits are a promise we can.

Who's building this?
